Do you ship worldwide? Yes! Postage is calculated at the checkout page.

Will I be charged an import or customs fee? Some EU orders may have to pay import fees as well as some international orders - I try my best when shipping the order to avoid this but it is out of my control unfortunately. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any import duties or extra taxes that may occur when ordering outside of the UK.

When will my order be dispatched? I try my hardest to ship orders within 2-3 days - however please allow up to x5 days for extra busy times. I pack every order individually by hand myself and with love - so your patience is much appreciated! You will receive a dispatch email letting you know once your order has been shipped - sometimes this can go to a spam or junk folder. If you have not recieved one or can not find the e-mail please contact me and I will send you a new copy.

What should I do if my order has not arrived? Please allow up to x2 weeks for UK orders and up to x6 weeks for international orders - if the item still hasn’t arrived please e-mail me to investigate.

Do you accept refunds? I ask customers to please think carefully and thoughtfully before ordering, I aim to create artwork to treasure for a long time and try to keep my carbon footprint as small as possible. If an item arrives damaged I am more than happy to send a replacement, however if you would like to return an item please email me at roamslowstudio@gmail.com to discuss the reason and organise the return. I unfortunately cannot cover the cost of the return postage as a small business (unless the item was damaged or faulty) I hope that is understandable.

Are your packaging and prints eco friendly? All art prints are made using recycled un-bleached cardstock and printed using vegetable based inks. The protective sleeves are made from potato starch and are biodegradable, the backing board is made of recycled cardboard and can easily be recycled - as well as the cardboard postage sleeve and brown wrapping paper. Any brown cello tape used is plant based and also recyclable.

Are your prints ethically produced? I am passionate about the environment and keeping my footprint as small as possible. I spend great amounts of time researching and fact checking my suppliers to ensure the paper and card are from sustainable sources (I use recycled paper) as well as environmentally certified.

Shipping

We ship worldwide!

Greetings cards and A5-A3 prints will be packaged in rigid envelopes, A2-A1 prints will be packaged in a tube.

Jewellery is packaged in padded protective boxes with ‘Roam Slow Studio’ gold embossed on the top.

UK

All free UK shipping is either 48 Tracked or 24 Tracked, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after receiving your dispatch email notification to the email address provided when placing your order.

Europe

All European orders are sent using the Royal mail Tracked service. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery after receiving your dispatch email notification to the email address provided when placing your order.

Please be aware that some European countries may charge import duties on items, this additional cost is to be covered by the customer, the amount is approximately 20% of the total order value.

International (Rest of the world)

All International orders are sent using the Royal mail Tracked service. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery after receiving your dispatch email notification to the email address provided when placing your order.

Please be aware that international customers are responsible for paying additional import charges, the amount of these charges are different for each country respectively.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If you receive a refund, we will not cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the card you used to make payment or via paypal.
